A Texas man who died Monday while loading elephants onto a trailer fell and hit his head while trying to climb out. Two elephants then stomped on him and swatted at him like a basketball, local investigators said Tuesday.

It goes to show, no matter what their 'rationale,' elephants are dangerous to humans. They are wild animals, and their sheer size makes them unsuitable for close human contact. I hope the issue comes before court and Tarzan Zerbeni is prohibited from using elephants in the future.
