Roadside Zoo Once Again Gets Permit Renewal

"This facility is by no means a safe facility for animals and/or people," Richard Farinato, who works with humane societies in the U.S., said. "There are humane issues and welfare issues galore, in terms of how animals are treated, how they're fed, how they're housed, how they're medicated and treated if they're ill."

Farinato calls it the worst zoo he's ever seen.

This is really disappointing, but advocates for animals are up-ing their efforts and hope the permit will not be extended beyond its temporary status.

Having seen numerous photos, I can attest to the fact that the "zoo" is one of the poorest I have seen. Considering the biting incidents and many complaints, it is obvious the only person being protected here is the guy who's making money off of the facility.

Gotta love the law.
